Traffic Safety & Resources
The Traffic Safety Section of the Engineering Division works to improve traffic flow and roadway safety throughout the City of Tracy. The team plans and manages the City’s roadway network, traffic signals, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, pavement programs, and traffic safety studies, and coordinates closely with regional and state transportation agencies.
To request a traffic calming study in your neighborhood, please complete the Traffic Calming Request Form(PDF, 141KB) and submit it to the Engineering Division at (209) 831-6400 or main-des@cityoftracy.org.
