The ADA Coordinator for the City of Tracy is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the City of Tracy to comply with Title II of the ADA and investigates any complaints that the entity has violated Title II of the ADA where the ADA prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in relation to the programs and services provided by the City.

Opening a new business in Tracy? Apply for a business license with the City of Tracy. Our business licenses are divided into five categories and can be obtained from the City of Tracy Finance Department.

Need a permit? Building permits can be obtained from the City’s Building Division. The permit process exists to ensure safety standards are met the City of Tracy requires a permit is obtained before any building, plumbing, electrical mechanical, demolition or sign work is undertaken.
