The City’s Personnel Rules establish the foundational policies and standards that guide employment practices for all City staff. These rules ensure fairness, consistency, and transparency across the organization, supporting a workplace where employees can grow and succeed.
To ensure equity and competitiveness, the City publishes a comprehensive Salary Schedule, which outlines pay ranges for all City classifications.
