Rental rates vary by facility type and renter category (Non-Profit, Private, or Commercial).

Special Events / Supplemental Requirements

What is a Special Event?

A special event permit provides written permission from the Parks, Recreation, & Community Services Department to use a City park, facility, or the public right-of-way. A special event permit is required for any organized event/activity with 50+ participants, is publicized in advance, requires special City services, or uses amplified sound. (TMC 4.16.050, 7.04)

Sports Fields Conditions and Weather Status Updates

With Statusfy, coaches, parents, players, and tournament organizers can receive real-time updates on sports field conditions, including openings, closures due to inclement weather, maintenance updates, and more.
