Headworks Bar Screen 1 Replacement Project

The City of Tracy (“City”) will accept sealed bids for its Headworks Bar Screen 1 Replacement, Project CIP 74170 (“Project”), by or before Thursday, February 19, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., at the City Clerk’s Office, 2nd Floor, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, California, 95376. Bids will be publicly opened immediately thereafter.

The Project is located at the Tracy Wastewater Treatment Plant along the north side of the City between Interstate 205 and Old River. The scope of work includes demolition of the existing bar screen no. 1 and the procurement and installation of the new bar screen no. 1, complete with accessories and appurtenances. Please refer to the drawings and specifications for the installation and bar screen.
