When you are ready, a Month to Month City-Owned Hangar Rental Agreement(PDF, 96KB) will need to be completed and signed. Please note the insurance requirements needed to complete the agreement. Along with the agreement, the following two insurance documents need to be attached.
- Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Tracy as the Additionally Insured
- Copy of the Additional Insured Endorsement

We have 26 ground leases at that Tracy Airport. Once future development occurs, and the public works infrastructure is put into place, new ground leases will become available. If you are interested, please look at our ground lease agreement(PDF, 737KB) to see if Tracy is the right fit for you.
