Regular City/Schools Liaison Committee meetings are held on the third Thursday every other month (January, March, May, July, September, and November) at 1:00 p.m. Special meetings are scheduled on an as-needed basis by the City/Schools Liaison Committee. Meetings rotate between City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza, on the second floor in room 203, and at 1875 W. Lowell Ave. in the Business Services Conference Room.

Regular meeting agendas are published at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting. Special meeting agendas are published at least 24 hours in advance. Agendas are posted online. Agendas of all City/Schools Liaison Committee meetings are also available for public viewing at:
