City Council Resolution 2023-102(PDF, 44MB) adopts amendments to the City Council's code of conduct and meeting protocols and rules of procedures on June 6, 2023.

Membership Qualifications and Residency Requirements

The Tracy Homelessness Advisory Committee is comprised of two seated Tracy City Council Members.

Term

Committee members shall serve a one-year term.

---

Compensation

The Tracy Homelessness Advisory Committee Member position is a volunteer, non-paid position.

Duties

The scope of the Committee is as follows:

1. To implement Tracy's Strategic Plan to End and Prevent Homelessness(PDF, 201KB) including the possible amendment of such plan; and
2. To address homelessness in the City of Tracy

Meeting Date and Location

The Tracy Homelessness Advisory Committee shall meet on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m.

Additional meetings may be scheduled by the Committee at its discretion.
