Looking for a space? Look no further! The City of Tracy offers a variety of facilities and spaces to suit your needs. We have meeting rooms of various sizes, spacious indoor event venues, lovely picnic areas, and expansive outdoor park areas available for rent.
Rental rates and associated costs for all facilities vary depending on the type of space and renter category (Non-Profit, Private, Commercial).

Special Events / Supplemental Requirements
What is a Special Event?
A special event permit provides written permission from the Parks, Recreation, & Community Services Department to use a City park, facility, or the public right-of-way. A special event permit is required for any organized event/activity with 50+ participants, is publicized in advance, requires special City services, or uses amplified sound. (TMC 4.16.050, 7.04)
