General Plan Update 2050
The City of Tracy is beginning a comprehensive update to the General Plan, along with an update to the Zoning Code, Title 10 of the Tracy Municipal Code. The current General Plan was last updated in 2011. State law requires cities to periodically review and update their General Plans to ensure they reflect current needs and priorities.
The General Plan update process includes extensive community engagement programs with workshops, surveys, and public meetings. The City’s goal is to hear from as many community members as possible to ensure the General Plan reflects the needs, priorities, and vision of Tracy residents.
