Mobile Food Vendor License
Mobile Food Vendors are now required to obtain a Mobile Food Vendor License prior to operating in the City of Tracy. Mobile Food Vendors may only sell food, beverages, and/or related promotional items such as t-shirts, stickers, etc. Mobile Food Vendors are required to be located on private property and show proof of property owner authorization and are prohibited from operating on vacant sites and City-owned property, including the public right-of-way and parks and recreation facilities, unless authorized during a special event.
You can submit your Mobile Food Vendor License Application Form in-person at City Hall or online to planningadmin@cityoftracy.org.
There is no fee for a Mobile Food Vendor License.
