The Mayor's Community Youth Support Network (MCYSN) is a collaborative effort involving residents, City, County, State, community-based organizations, businesses, Youth Advisory Commissioners, Parks and Community Service Commissioners, schools, parents, members of the faith based community, and local law enforcement. These individuals comes together with a desire to reach out and reconnect youth and families to services throughout the City. As a result a comprehensive strategy was developed that tapped into existing community resources and created collaborations to assist the youth in Tracy. Every individual and organization involved understands that our synergy will make a greater impact in the lives of youth within our community.

Reconnecting Our Youth Grant

The Mayor’s Community Youth Support Network (MCYSN) Reconnecting Our Youth (ROY) Grant Matching Program, Cycle 18, is now closed.

The application period for Cycle 19 is anticipated to open in May of 2027.
