Access your Customer Portal or make a One Time Payment here. Make one-time payment or recurring with a credit card, (VISA, MC, Amex and Discover), E-check, Paypal & Paypal Credit, Venmo, Google Pay and Apple Pay, schedule a future payment, sign up for E-bill services or enroll in autopay.  Cash payments accepted at authorized retailers by selecting payment method $Cash and choosing retail location.

City Hall during normal business hours. Utility payment drop boxes are also available located at the east and west entrances and north parking lot of City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza.

Low Income Assistance

We offer reduced rates for qualifying low-income customers.
