Election Contests
A General Municipal Election in the City of Tracy is planned for Tuesday, November 3, 2026 for the following Elected Officials:
- Mayor (at-large): Full term of two years (2026-2028)
- City Council Member – District 1: Full term of four years (2026-2030)
- City Council Member – District 3: Full term of four years (2026-2030)

- Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) - The FPPC is the State agency that enforces State laws regarding, among other things, campaign financing and spending, financial conflicts of interest, and gifts and honoraria given to public officials and candidates under the Political Reform Act. The FPPC provides written and oral advice to public agencies, candidates and officials on the requirements of the Political Reform Act.
