Agendas and Minutes

The City of Tracy has transitioned to a new agenda management system called, "OneMeeting/PrimeGov.” This new system includes a public portal, shown below, to display agendas, minutes, and other meeting-related documents.

Agendas and minutes for meetings of the City Council and Tracy Public Financing Authority Board of Directors will be posted in the portal below, effective May 14, 2026. To view agendas and minutes for meetings of the City Council and Tracy Public Financing Authority Board of Directors from January 1, 2019 to May 14, 2026, please visit the Archived Agendas and Minutes section. 

Future agendas and minutes for Boards, Committees, and Commissions will be posted in the portal below at a later date. Current agendas and minutes for Boards, Committees, and Commissions can be accessed using the buttons in the "Boards, Committees, and Commissions" section below. 

For all agendas and minutes prior to 2019, please submit a Public Records Request.

Portal Instructions

To view the meeting agendas and links to agenda item attachments, click on the “HTML Agenda” link for the desired meeting. Once the agenda is open in a new tab, click on an agenda item to view the linked attachments. Then, click on each attachment link to view and download the attachment document. Only agenda items with a “paperclip” icon have attachments.

To view and download the full meeting agenda packets as single PDF documents, click on the three dots to the right of the “HTML Agenda” link and click on the "Agenda Packet/Packet" link for the desired meeting.
