REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "City") requests proposals for ON-CALL ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES RELATED TO WATER AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS (hereinafter “Project”) and will receive proposals in the office of the Public Works Department – Utilities Division, 520 S. Tracy Blvd, Tracy, CA 95376, ATTN: Tu Nguyen, Management Analyst II, up to the hour of 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard), May 13, 2026.
- The services to be performed by the successful proposer(s) are described in the Request for Proposals. Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) are available at the Public Works Department – Utilities Division and online at www.cityoftracy.org/government/rfp-notices. Any questions should be directed to Tu Nguyen, Management Analyst II, via email tu.nguyen@cityoftracy.org no later than 1:00 p.m., May 1, 2026.
- Proposals shall be submitted and clearly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope as follows “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR ON-CALL ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES RELATED TO WATER AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.”
- All responsive submittals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City in order to determine which proposer best meets the City’s needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate submittals are set forth in this RFP.
- The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or waive any irregularities in any submittal, this RFP, or the submittal process.
