INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT (IPM) CHEMICALS
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY

The purpose of the Notice Inviting Bids (NIB) is to solicit pricing proposals in order to establish a General Services Agreement (GSA) contract for the supply and delivery of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) chemicals to support vegetation management on City-owned and maintained properties. The contract will cover materials for the prevention and control of plant pests, invertebrates, nematodes, and pathogens on an as-needed basis over multiple fiscal years.
The City of Tracy (City) has the intent to establish General Services Agreement(s) (GSA) with qualified and responsible bidders, for a contract term of two (2) years, with the option to extend for an additional three (3) years, unless earlier terminated or amended by the City.
All Bidders must complete a "Vendor Information Sheet" on Planet Bids to be entered in the City of Tracy Vendor Database, which is required to submit a Bid. Bidders will be notified by the City of any addenda that may be issued to this Notice Inviting Bids (NIB). Vendors must register in the City's Vendor Database to be notified of such addenda.
To register, go to:PlanetBids Vendor Portal and follow the instructions applicable to Bidder. Following submission, Bidder will receive a confirmation message within 24 hours from the City. Bidders are solely responsible for maintaining up-to-date and accurate information in the Vendor Database.
The CITY reserves the right to award the bid to a Bidder other than the lowest Bidder if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the CITY. The CITY also reserves the right to reduce the scope of work at any time and to reject any and all bids or waive any irregularities in any bid process.
