The City of Tracy Parks and Recreation Department has introduced a new way for residents to stay informed about sports field conditions. Through Statusfy, coaches, parents, players, and tournament organizers can now receive real-time updates on field openings, closures due to weather, maintenance schedules, and more.

How It Works

Statusfy provides multiple convenient options for accessing field status information:

Option 1: Download the Statusfy App

Get instant updates on your phone:

  • Download the Statusfy app from your app store.
  • Search for “City of Tracy Parks & Recreation.”
  • Tap the star to favorite it for quick access.

 

Inside the app, you’ll find all City of Tracy rental sports fields listed with their current status and last update time. Status indicators include:

  • Open
  • Closed
  • Partially Open
  • Maintenance Closure

 

You can also favorite individual fields and enable notifications for real-time alerts whenever staff updates their status.
