NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS (NOTICE)

FOR

CITY OF TRACY

MAYOR’S COMMUNITY YOUTH SUPPORT NETWORK

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "City") requests proposals for MAYOR’S COMMUNITY YOUTH SUPPORT NETWORK (hereinafter “Project”) and will receive proposals in the office of the Parks, Recreation, & Community Services Department, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, CA, 95376, ATTN: Katie Akre, Recreation Program Coordinator, up to the hour of 5 p.m. (Pacific Standard), June 10, 2026.

    

2. The services to be performed by the successful proposer(s) are described in the Notice Inviting Proposals (which is attached). Copies of the Notice are available at the Parks, Recreation, & Community Services Department and online at www.cityoftracy.org/government/rfp-notices. Any questions should be directed to Katie Akre, Recreation Program Coordinator, at (209) 831-6232 or via email katie.akre@cityoftracy.org no later than 5 p.m., May 20, 2026.

    

3. Proposals shall be submitted and clearly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope as follows “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR MAYOR’S COMMUNITY YOUTH SUPPORT NETWORK GRANT.” Submit proposals in a sealed envelope to the City of Tracy Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, CA 95376 by Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 5:00pm. The proposal envelope shall state the name and address of the submitting proposer.

    

4. Applicants shall submit a proposal and if you are a successful applicant, you will be required to sign a Professional Services Agreement.

    

5. All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City in order to determine which applicant best meets the City’s needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the services required. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate submittals are set forth in this Notice.

    

6.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or waive any irregularities in any submittal, this Notice, or the submittal process.
