City Reaches Settlement with Surland to Resolve Aquatic Center

The City of Tracy and Surland have reached a settlement to resolve two pending litigation matters. Subject to Court approval, Surland will drop its claims to the aquatic center property, provide $8 million toward the project, and receive credits and reimbursements for eligible public infrastructure improvements.

We are treating increased mosquito activity at Legacy Fields in coordination with its pest control contractor. Treatment began on July 28 and is expected to be completed by July 31. Organizations with field reservations have been notified and may cancel without penalty or request an alternate field location, if available.

The Movies on the Plaza Series takes place at the Civic Center Plaza located at 10th & East Street. Free popcorn will be handed out upon the showing of the movie. Light refreshments will be available for purchase. Movie begins at 8:00pm
