The Operations Division provides maintenance services for streets, trees, traffic control systems, street lights, community debris clean-up, City buildings, City vehicles, and graffiti removal. The City’s Transit Services and Municipal Airport are also managed under Operations.

The Utilities Division includes operating a water and wastewater treatment facility and maintaining the water and recycled water distribution system, sewer collection, and storm water systems throughout the city.

The Engineering Division includes the City Engineer and manages the City’s Capital Improvement Program’s design and construction. It also coordinates with the Community Development Department for development reviews and approval of subdivision maps.
