All non-residential users are required to adhere to all local, state, and federal wastewater regulations.

Significant Industrial Users (SIUs), as defined per TMC 5.24.040, including zero-discharging categorical users, must complete the City’s Wastewater Discharge Application. Applications must be mailed or returned to the Wastewater Treatment Plant at 3900 Holly Dr, Tracy, CA 95304.

Environmental Compliance staff will review the application and determine whether the user needs a permit and what course of action, if any, to take.
