Please have your Utility or General Business Invoice available.

No, you are not required to create an account.  You may choose to use our One Time Payment option that offers a quick, easy way to make a payment for both Utility and General Business accounts.

Some features are only accessible through the Customer Portal.  To set up your Payment Wallet, sign up for autopay, paperless billing and access your invoices, please create or log into your account. 

Have your Utility or General Business Account Invoice available to enter information exactly as it appears on your invoice.

1. Once logged into your Customer Bill Pay Account, under Accounts: click Add Account.
2. For Utility Accounts enter your Account Number and Customer Name

   For General Billing Customers enter your Customer Number and Customer    Name exactly as it appears on your invoice

3. You will receive an email confirmation that your account has been added.
4. You can add additional accounts by following the same steps as above.

For Utility Accounts visit our new Customer Portal and click Register Now

For General Business visit our new Customer Portal and click Register Now

Enter your email address. Choose a password that meets all the specific requirements, enter your name, phone number, answers to security questions and click Enroll.

Please have your Utility or General Business Invoice available

 For Utility Accounts: Visit our new One Time Payment portal enter your Account Number and Click Continue to the payment screen.

For General Business Visit our new  One Time Payment  portal enter your Account Number and Click Continue to the payment screen.

You can choose to use your BIll Wallet and pay with Google or Apple Pay or

Enter your Account Number and click Continue.

Enter required Customer Name, address, email address, Payment Amount, date of Payment, select Payment Method, enter Payment Information and Click Continue.

Accept terms and confirm payment Confirm Payment by clicking box to authorize payment and agree to the Payment Authorization Terms. Click Pay.

You will receive a confirmation page and email once payment has been approved.

1. Under the account, slide the radio button for Paperless to say yes.  

2.  Click Confirm to enable paperless billing (select at least one type of notification for new bills.  SMS notification will allow you to receive your bill summary by text and make a payment directly from it).  
3.  Confirm that Paperless says yes. 

Removing Paperless Billing

1. Under the account, slide the radio button for Paperless to say no.
2. Select Confirm to disable Paperless billing.
3. Confirm that Paperless says no.

Log into your Customer Bill Pay Account and follow the steps below.  Current customers DO NOT need to re-enroll in autopay.

   Adding or Removing AutoPay

1. Click AutoPay on the left side.
2. Choose the preferred payment method
3. Determine the frequency of payment best suited for your needs
4. Select Confirm
5. You will receive a confirmation email.

Editing AutoPay

1. Click AutoPay on the left side.
2. To edit AutoPay on account, click Edit next to Payment Details.
3. Select other Payment Method or click Add New.
4. Select Payment Method, enter information and click Add.
5. Select Confirm.
6. You will receive a confirmation email.

 Remove Autopay

1. Click AutoPay on the left side.
2. To remove AutoPay from account, click Edit next to Schedule.
3. Click Remove Schedule.
4. Select Confirm to confirm removal of AutoPay.
5. You will receive a confirmation email.
