Pay your utility bill online, using our improved Bill Pay Customer Portals. New customers will be required to register when using this new portal for the first time. Existing customers can use the email address associated with your account and the temporary password that has been emailed to you. If you have not been able to successfully log in and to reset your password, please email customerservice@cityoftracy.org. Otherwise, passwords can be reset by clicking Forgot your Password.
