Specific plan area, along Stanek Avenue and West of Interstate 580,
Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 251-060-400, 251-060-410, & 251-060-430. The
owners of record of the Property are Tracy Phase 4, LLC.
B. A Tentative Parcel Map (Tentative Parcel Map Application Number MS24-0004)
for the subdivision of certain real property consisting of 6.85 acres parcel
(Property) into three (3) parcels. The Property is located at 301 West Street,
Tracy, CA, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 235-420-16. The owners of record of
