The Land Development Division reviews and processes permits for residential, commercial, and industrial projects to ensure quality developments are built efficiently and responsibly. Staff oversees the review of subdivision maps, construction plans, and compliance with regulations, technical analyses, and environmental requirements. They manage the approval of various permits and map adjustments, working closely with developers, engineers, and the public to ensure compliance with design standards, utility placement, and relevant policies and regulations.
