Corral Hollow Road Sewer Capacity Upgrades

November 17, 2025 Update
All sewer installation and pavement restoration work has been completed. The work took place from October 27 through November 3. The contractor is now finishing minor punch-list items and site clean-up, with full project completion expected by the end of the month.

The full closure of northbound Corral Hollow Road at Parkside Road has been delayed until Monday, Oct. 27 through Monday, Nov. 3 (tentative).

Expect delays + follow posted detours (detours may change).
At least one northbound lane open during non-working hours.
❗ Full Closure Alert: Corral Hollow at Parkside
Dates: Mon 10/13 – Mon 10/20
Hours: 24/7 (approx. 1 week, weather permitting)
Northbound closed at Parkside & Valpico (residents only access).
Southbound closed at Western Pacific Way (residents only access).
Use Tracy Blvd or Sycamore Pkwy as detours. 🚗
⚠️ Ongoing Work:
Valpico & Corral Hollow intersection improvements (impacts detour 10/13–10/20).
Lammers Rd (Western Pacific → Valpico): water main installation, expect delays.

One northbound lane open after hours
Current ClosureSept. 12–Oct. 10: Northbound Corral Hollow closed between Golden Leaf Ln and Parkside Dr during work hours for sewer installation. One lane will reopen after hours.

Corral Hollow Road Sewer Upgrades – Project Update (as of September 5, 2025) The Corral Hollow Road Sewer Upgrade Project is ongoing. Here’s what residents need to know about current and upcoming work:
General Work Hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (excluding holidays)
Expect delays and use marked detour routes (routes may change as work progresses).
At least one northbound lane will be open after work hours.
Current & Upcoming Work:
Unanticipated repairs near Safeway Gas Station
Dates: Wednesday, Sept. 3 – Friday, Sept. 5
Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Final Paving (Tennis Ln → Cypress Dr)
Dates: Monday, Sept. 8 – Friday, Sept. 12
Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Railroad Work (Golden Leaf Ln → Parkside Dr)
Dates: Thursday, Sept. 4 – Friday, Sept. 5
Continuous 24-hour work, starting Sept. 4 at 5:00 am until finished
Ongoing Lane Closure (Golden Leaf Ln → Parkside Dr)
Dates: Monday, Aug. 25 – Friday, Sept. 12
Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
